Service terms

Effective July 28, 2026

These terms apply to use of RohaVerify unless a signed customer agreement with Roha IT Solutions says otherwise.

The service

RohaVerify records issuer-authorized SHA-256 document fingerprints and related metadata, creates verification links and QR codes, reports whether exact bytes match an active registry record, and lets authorized issuers revoke records. Where enabled, users may separately opt to upload a file for a transient ClamAV malware scan. A positive registry match does not guarantee that every statement in a document is true, and a “no known malware detected” result does not guarantee that a file is safe, current, lawful, or suitable for a particular decision.

Issuer responsibilities

Issuers must keep access credentials secure, register only documents they are authorized to issue, provide accurate and lawful metadata, revoke credentials when appropriate, and promptly report suspected compromise. Issuers must not include unnecessary sensitive information in metadata.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate an issuer, register deceptive or unlawful material, probe or bypass access controls, disrupt availability, scrape at abusive rates, introduce malicious code, or violate another person’s rights. We may limit or suspend use to protect the service or others.

Plans and payment

Plan limits, prices, billing periods, and support commitments are those shown at checkout or in the applicable order form. Online checkout is available only in environments where billing is enabled. Taxes and fees may apply. Enterprise and custom arrangements require a signed order.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable and may change it to improve security, comply with law, or maintain operations. Unless a signed agreement includes a service level, no specific uptime commitment applies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical, medical, employment, financial, immigration, or legal decisions. Roha IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any additional limits in a signed customer agreement control.
